黄原胶/玉米淀粉型农用保水剂的制备与性能研究

摘  要:为开发一种可降解、具备优良吸水抗盐性能的绿色环保型农用保水剂,此次研究以黄原胶、玉米淀粉为主要原料,制备农用保水剂,并着重考察黄原胶/玉米淀粉糊化时间、海藻酸钠用量、反应温度、丙烯酸用量、发泡剂用量等因素对产物保水剂保水性能的影响。结果表明,当玉米淀粉7.5 g、黄原胶7.5 g、糊化时间1 h、海藻酸钠4.5 g、反应温度80℃、丙烯酸用量7.5 g、发泡剂用量1.4 g时,其产物农用保水剂在土壤中用量为2%,其对去离子水的吸水性可达875 g,对自来水吸水可达686 g,吸盐水可达205 g。In this study, xanthan gum and corn starch were used as the main raw materials to prepare an agricultural waterretaining agent, so as to develop a degradable green environment-friendly agricultural water-retaining agent with excellent water absorption and salt resistance performance. The influences of the gelatinization time of xanthan gum/corn starch, the usage amount of sodium alginate, reaction temperature, the usage amount of acrylic acid, and the usage amount of foaming agent on the water-retaining performance of the produced water-retaining agent were investigated. The results showed that when the usage amount of corn starch was 7.5 g, the usage amount of xanthan gum was 7.5 g, the gelatinization time was 1 h,the usage amount of sodium alginate was 4.5 g, the reaction temperature was 80 ℃, the usage amount of acrylic acid was 7.5 g,and the usage amount of foaming agent was 1.4 g, the usage amount of the produced agricultural water-retaining agent in the soil was 2%, its water absorption of deionized water could reach 875 g, water absorption of tap water could reach 686 g, and water absorption of salt water could reach 205 g.
