摘　　要：我国农村地区的食品安全监管工作普遍存在治理漏洞,容易滋生农村食品安全问题。对如何保障农村食品的安全、如何提升农村食品安全的监管水平进行探讨,为保障农村地区居民身体健康及推进乡村振兴具有重要意义。通过对消费者、经营者、监管主体展开论述,以期发现农村食品在消费及生产中所可能存在的安全问题。提出政府完善法律条例、健全监管体系、建设信息分享平台、构筑社会共治监督体系、提高消费者维权意识等多元化治理模式,为保障农村食品安全探索出一条适合在农村地区推行的食品安全治理新路径。There are governance loopholes in food safety supervision in rural areas of China,which is easy to breed food safety problems in rural areas.It is of great significance to discuss how to guarantee rural food safety and how to improve the supervision level of rural food safety.Through the discussion of consumers,operators and regulatory bodies,aim to find the possible safety problems in the consumption and production of food in rural areas.In order to ensure food safety in rural areas,a new path of food safety governance suitable for rural areas is explored.
