摘  要:“岗课赛证”综合育人创新了技术技能人才的培养模式,增强了高职教育应对新发展格局的适应性。电气自动化技术专业群建设以学习者职业能力成长为理念,提质培优为目标,理清建群逻辑,探索实践路径。以“岗课赛证”融通的课程体系改革为核心,深化课堂教学的改革,引入CDIO工程教育理念;以工程实践项目化、学习过程情境化赋能教学模式的改革,建立多维度的评价和反馈体系,培养适应产业需求的技术技能人才。The"post-course-competition-certificate"comprehensive education has innovated the training mode of technical and skilled talents and enhanced the adaptability of higher vocational education to deal with the new development pattern.The construction of electrical automation technology professional group takes the growth of learners’professional ability as the concept and aims at improving quality and cultivating excellence,clarifying the logical thinking of construction and exploring practical paths.Taking the reform of the curriculum system integrated by"post-course-competition-certificate"as the core and the curriculum as the carrier,the CDIO engineering education concept is introduced.The reform of enabling teaching model with project practice and situational learning process and a multi-dimensional evaluation and feedback system is established to cultivate technical and technical talents that meet the needs of the industry.
