摘　　要：教学能力大赛的导向、要求和标准作为学校教学改革,特别是“课堂革命”的风向标,具有重要学习价值。在国家、省、校、院四级赛制体系下,通过发挥职业院校层面的“引”,优秀团队的“领”,教学督导的“督”,能有效扩大教师参赛面,提高课程成果落实率,提升教学能力水平度,呈现出学校、教师与学生都受益的局面。The orientation,requirements and standards of the teaching ability competition,as the vane of the school teaching reform,the"classroom revolution"in particular,have important learning value.Under the four-level competition system of nation,province,school and college,by giving full play to the guidance of vocational colleges,the leadership of excellent teams and the supervision of teaching supervisors,the participation of teachers can be effectively expanded,the implementation rate of curriculum results can be increased,the level of teaching ability can be improved and the scene that schools,teachers and students can benefit from is presented.
