摘  要:检体诊断学是医学生临床学习的重要开端,对临床综合思维能力和诊疗水平影响深远,需要与课程思政紧密结合。然而,当前检体诊断学课程思政还存在教师认识不足、融入手段落后及缺少系统规划等问题。因此,应当在内科教研室的主导下,进行完整的检体诊断学课程思政教学方案的设计。通过组织教师紧密结合检体诊断学大纲进行集体备课及教案书写,使用课前导入、角色扮演、热点和实例引入、多种教学方法并用等方式,以前辈为学习榜样,尊重患者及学生,充分展现人文关怀。同时,开展培养性讲课、检查性听课及示范性教学活动,课后进行教学质量评估等反馈与评价,将检体诊断学的专业知识传播与课程思政的育人“无缝对接”,力争课程和思政目标双达标。Physical diagnostics is an important beginning for medical students, which has a profound influence on the comprehensive ability of them, and needs to be closely combined with courses for ideological politics education. However, there are still some problems such as different cognition of teachers, relatively backward integration methods and lack of systematic planning. Therefore, we should design a complete ideological and political teaching program of physical diagnostics under the leadership of the department of internal medicine. We use pre-class introduction, role playing, hot topics and cases introduction, and a variety of teaching methods, learn from predecessors, respect patients and students, and fully show humanistic care. At the same time, we carry out teaching demonstration, conduct feedback and evaluation of teaching quality after class, so as to "seamlessly connect" the dissemination of professional knowledge with the ideological politics education.
