摘  要:在建设高质量教育体系的背景下,职业教育现代化、职业教育类型化和职业教育信息化成为我国职业教育改革发展的战略举措,也构成了职业教育高质量发展话语体系的主流概念。然而,不同主体在解读职业教育高质量发展时,对一些基本概念和思想理念的认识充满了歧义甚至误读。为此,亟须对职业教育高质量发展话语体系的本真内涵进行诠释与重构。当前,“职业教育类型化”话语的“落地性”不足;“职业教育现代化”话语的“反身性”匮乏;“职业教育信息化”话语的“原创性”薄弱。基于此,要澄清与揭示职业教育高质量发展话语体系的内在共性与个性差异,并从本体、认知、价值和方法四个维度,丰富话语体系的理论内涵、突破话语体系的认知局限、满足话语体系的价值诉求、构建话语体系的框架范式,以实现职业教育高质量发展话语体系的实践转向。Under the background of building a high-quality education system,the modernization,typification and informatization of vocational education have become the strategic measures for the reform and development of vocational education in China,and also constitute the mainstream concept of the discourse system of high-quality development of vocational education.However,when different subjects interpret the high-quality development of vocational education,their understanding of some basic concepts and ideas is full of ambiguity and even misreading.Therefore,it is urgent to interpret the true connotation of the discourse system of high-quality development of vocational education,and find the lack of“landing”of the discourse of“type of vocational education”,the lack of“reflexivity”of the discourse of“vocational education modernization”,and the“originality”of the discourse of“informatization of vocational education”.Based on this,we should clarify and reveal the internal commonalities and individual differences of the discourse system of high-quality development of vocational education,and enrich the theoretical connotation of the discourse system,break through the cognitive limitations of the discourse system,meet the value demands of the discourse system,and construct the framework paradigm of the discourse system from the four dimensions of ontology,cognition,value and method,so as to realize the practical turn of the discourse system of high-quality development of vocational education.
