摘  要:2020年6月在云南省昆明市安宁市采集有黑胫病典型症状的发病烟株,对病原菌进行分离纯化,致病性检测,结合形态学与分子生物学进行鉴定;并以盆栽施药法研究硫胺素和乳酸两种诱抗剂对烟草黑胫病的防治效果。结果显示,采自安宁市的烟草黑胫病样本,病原菌为烟草疫霉;采用10 mmol/L的硫胺素和7 mmol/L的乳酸对烟株进行叶面喷雾与淋茎处理能有效促进烟草生长,并对黑胫病具有一定防效,分别为21.95%、14.32%。Tobacco plants with typical symptoms of black shank disease in Anning of Yunan were collected in June 2020,and the pathogen was isolated and purified. The results of the pathogenicity test and morphological and molecular biological identification suggest that the pathogen of tobacco black shank disease in the Anning tobacco planting base was Phytophthora nicotianae. The control effects of thiamine and lactic acid on P. nicotianae were studied by pot test. Leaf and stem spray with thiamine(10 mmol/L) and lactic acid(7 mmol/L) could effectively promote the growth of tobacco, and the control effect against tobacco black shank was 21.95% and 14.32%, respectively.
