全科医师培训中活血化瘀的中医治疗方法教学探讨

摘　　要：全科医师是基层社区医疗的主力军,规范化培训是提高全科医师临床水平的主要措施,中医学是全科医师规范化培训中的重要组成部分。随着活血化瘀在心脑血管疾病中疗效的明确及在社区医疗中的逐渐普及,深化全科医师规培中中医活血化瘀教学尤显迫切。依据全科医学教学经验,分析总结提高中医活血化瘀教学质量方法,分别从中医经典、现代经验、临床实际、其他治法和科研能力5个角度论述。5个方面在全科医师规培中相辅相成、贯穿始终,可以提高中医活血化瘀教学质量,为提升全科医师的中西医结合医疗水平打下坚实的基础,值得在全科医师规培中推广应用。General practitioners are the main force in primary community medical care.Standardized training is the main measure to improve the clinical level of general practitioners.Traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of the standardized training of general practitioners.With the clarification of the efficacy of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and the gradual popularization in community medical care,it is particularly urgent to deepen the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in general practitioners.Based on years of general practice teaching experience,the team analyzed and summarized the methods to improve the teaching quality of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine,which were discussed from five perspectives:TCM classics,modern experience,clinical practice,other treatment methods,and scientific research ability.The five aspects complement each other and run through the training of general practitioners,which can improve the teaching quality of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and lay a solid foundation for improving the medical level of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine of general practitioners.It is worthy of popularization and application in the training of general practitioners.
