摘　　要：富硒益生菌具有硒元素和益生菌的双重功效。硒元素具有提高动物机体免疫力、延缓衰老、抗氧化、抗癌的作用。益生菌具有富集微量元素的特性,可将无机硒生物转化为有机硒,不仅可以降低硒的毒性,还能够增强益生菌本身的益生性能。文章主要综述富硒益生菌作为饲料添加剂在猪、家禽和反刍动物生产中的应用进展,探讨其在动物养殖过程中对生长性能、抗应激能力和肉质等的影响,为富硒益生菌的开发应用提供参考。Selenium enriched probiotics have the dual effects of selenium and probiotics.Selenium has a good role in improving the immunity of the body,delaying aging,anti-oxidation,anti-cancer,etc.Probiotics have the characteristics of enriching trace elements and can biotransform inorganic selenium into organic selenium,which not only reduces the toxicity of selenium,but also enhances the probiotics’own probiotic performance.The article mainly reviews the application progress of selenium enriched probiotics as feed additives in the production of pigs,poultry and ruminants,and discusses their effects on growth performance,anti stress ability and meat quality during animal breeding,so as to provide reference for the development and application of selenium enriched probiotics.
