摘 要:本文在对农业机械常用的LIQZO型比例流量插装阀的工作原理进行分析基础上,利用AMESim-Matlab/Simulink接口功能建立伺服系统的联合仿真模型,提出了比例流量插装阀位移-电反馈PID控制策略,并进行联合仿真试验对比分析。仿真结果表明,所提出的PID控制策略能准确控制比例流量插装阀流量跟随输入电流的变化,有效解决了阀开启时流量超调及滞后的问题,所得结论对比例流量插装阀控制策略选择及优化设计提供了理论依据。Based on the analysis of the working principle of lIQZo Type proportional flow plug-valve commonly used in agricultural machinery,and used AMESim and Matlab/Simulink interface functions to establish the joint simulation model of servo system,this paper proposes that that the displacement electrical feedback PID control strategy of the proportional flow plug-valve,and the joint simulation test is compared and analyzed.The simulation results show that the proposed PID control strategy can accurately control the flow of the proportional flow plug-in valve with the change of the input current,effectively solve the problem of flow overshoot and lag when the valve is opened,and the conclusion provides a theoretical basis for the control strategy selection and optimization design of the proportional flow plug-in valve.
