摘 要:高职生作为国家发展需求的技术应用型人才,在国家发展和建设上发挥着重要作用,但是目前高职生责任感弱化现象明显,因此如何引导他们认识自身担负的使命,明确身上的责任,成为摆在高校面前的重要任务。本研究提出采用团体心理辅导的方式对高职生责任感进行培养研究。结果显示,团体心理辅导有助于激发学生对责任意识的正确认知,并通过团体活动的实践,强化了责任感的实施过程,实现了认知和行为的统一,从而提升学生的责任感。基于此,提出培养学生心理素质的新途径。As technical application talents required by national development,vocational college students play an important role in national development and construction.However,at present,the sense of responsibility of vocational college students is obviously weakened.How to guide them to understand their mission and clarify their responsibilities has become an important task for colleges and universities.This study proposes to adopt group psychological guidance to cultivate the sense of responsibility of vocational college students.The results showed that group members interacted in group psychological counseling activities.It helps stimulate students'correct understanding of responsibility consciousness.Through the practice of group activities,the implementation process of the sense of responsibility has been strengthened.It realizes the unity of cognition and behavior,thus enhancing students'sense of responsibility.Therefore,we propose a new way to cultivate students'psychological quality.
