摘　　要：在基础教育领域,中国式教师队伍现代化的实质是实现理性、进步、民主、科学的现代性理念与中国优秀传统文化、中国特色政治制度的融通。其核心内涵是:面向中国富强的教师队伍建设战略现代化,服务中国教改的教师队伍素质现代化,立足中国国情的教师队伍供给现代化,植根中国文化的教师队伍治理现代化。中国式教师队伍现代化具有本土特征,即在教师队伍战略定位上强调“教师为本”,在教师素质构成上强调“师德第一”,在教师队伍供给体系上强调“师范主体”,在教师队伍治理上强调“政府主参”。面向未来,要持续丰富中国式教师队伍现代化内涵,融通强师强国战略,夯实素质优先国策,优化多元供给路径,汇聚多元治理合力。In the field of elementary education,the essence of the modernization of Chinese-style teaching staff is to integrate the modern ideas of rationality,progress,democracy and science with the excellent traditional Chinese culture and the political system with Chinese characteristics.Its core connotations are the strategic modernization of the construction of the teaching staff for China’s prosperity,the modernization of the quality of the teaching staff serving China’s education reform,the modernization of the supply of the teaching staff based on China’s national conditions,and the modernization of the governance of teaching staff rooted in Chinese culture.The modernization of the Chinese-style teaching staff has its local characteristics,that is,it emphasizes the“teacher-based”in the strategic positioning of the teaching staff,“teacher’s ethics first”in the composition of teachers’quality,“normal students as the main body”in the supply of the teaching staff,and“government as the main participant”in the governance of the teaching staff.In the future,it is necessary to continuously to enrich the connotation of the modernization of the Chinese-style teaching staff,integrate the strategy of strengthening teachers and strengthening the nation,consolidate the national policy of giving priority to quality,optimize multiple supply paths,and gather multiple governance forces.
