摘　　要：高校是终身教育体系建立的主要阵地。高职院校与多元主体合作办学,才能构建完善的终身教育体系。终身教育是高校改革中面临的机遇和挑战,高校通过定制个性化培训方案,可以满足不同群体的学习需求,真正实现以人为本,促进人的全面发展。终身教育符合社会发展需求,为高校转型发展开辟了新天地。Colleges and universities are the main positions for the establishment of lifelong education system. Only when higher vocational colleges and multiple subjects cooperate in running schools can a perfect lifelong education system be built. Lifelong education is an opportunity and challenge in the reform of colleges and universities. By customizing personalized training programs, colleges and universities can meet the learning needs of different groups, truly realize people-oriented and promote the all-round development of people. Lifelong education meets the needs of social development and opens up a new world for the transformation and development of colleges and universities.
