以赛促教强学背景下的地学人才实践技能培养模式探讨

摘　　要：近年来,以赛促教强学已经成为高校提升师生专业技能的重要途径。以河北地质大学地球科学学院学生参加全国大学生地质技能竞赛为例,介绍学院地学实践教学存在的问题,并主要从营造竞赛氛围、校内初赛选拔、师生交流与反思、完善实验室建设等4个方面探讨了以赛促教强学的措施。在此基础上,形成了以校赛和国赛为中心的地学人才实践技能培养模式,实现了竞赛与教学相融合,提升了教学质量,在全国大学生地质技能竞赛中取得了较好的成绩。In recent years,promoting teaching and learning through competition has become an important way for colleges and universities to improve the professional skills of teachers and students.Taking the students of the School of Earth Sciences of Hebei GEO University participating in the National College Students′ geological skill competition as an example,this paper introduces the problems existing in the practical teaching of geosciences in the school,and mainly discusses the measures to promote teaching and learning by competition from four aspects:creating competition atmosphere,selection of primary competitions in the university,communication and reflection between teachers and students,and improving laboratory construction.On this basis,a practical skill training mode of geoscience talents centered on school competition and national competition has been formed,which has realized the integration of competition and teaching,improved the teaching quality,and achieved good results in the National College Students′ geological skill competition.
