摘 要:在实施“双减”政策的大背景下,合理利用群体效应理论可以对班集体产生正向引导作用。群体效应在班级管理中具有促进班级良好班风养成、促进良好学风形成、调控班级正确舆论导向的价值。为了使群体效应发挥最大功能,减弱群体效应的消极影响,班主任在进行班级管理过程中应遵循“分组原则”“导向原则”“合作原则”“激励原则”,并承担起“群体组织建立者”“群体关系协调者”“群体活动推动者”等关键角色。In the context of implementing the"double reduction"policy,the reasonable use of the group effect theory can have a positive effect on the class collective.The group effect in class management has the value of promoting the formation of a positive class atmosphere,promoting the formation of a good style of study,and regulating the correct public opinion orientation of the class.In order to maximize the function of group effect and reduce the negative impact,the head teacher should follow the"grouping principle""guiding principle""cooperation principle"and"incentive principle"in the process of class management,and assume the key roles of"group organization builder"group relationship coordinator"and"group activity promoter".
