摘  要:目前,提升研究生培养质量已经成为一个极其重要的时代课题。学位论文质量是衡量研究生培养质量的重要指标,而选题直接关涉学位论文质量与水平。以2011—2021年CNKI收录的321篇高等教育学博士学位论文为研究样本,从研究主题和研究层次两个维度对其选题进行分析,研究发现存在以下问题:论文选题脱离学科范畴;微观层面问题关照不足;国外研究呈现差序格局;新兴热点问题存在缺位;区域高等教育研究失衡;学科交叉研究有待提升。从博士生、导师、培养单位三个方面加以改进,可优化高等教育学博士学位论文选题,进而提升人才培养质量。At present,to improve the quality of postgraduate education has become an extremely important mission.The quality of dissertation is an important index to measure the quality,while the topic selection is directly related to it.Taking 321 doctoral dissertations in the discipline of higher education included in CNKI from 2011 to 2021 as the research samples,the topic selection is analyzed from the two dimensions—topic and level,and the following problems are found:topic of the thesis separated from the discipline category;insufficient attention to problems at the micro level;foreign studies showing differential order;lack of hot issues;imbalance of regional higher education research;lack of interdisciplinary research.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions from three aspects,namely doctoral students,supervisors and training institutes,so as to optimize the topic selection of doctoral dissertation in higher education and improve the quality of talent training.
