摘　　要：2022年3月,世界卫生组织(WHO)发布第5版《头颈部肿瘤分类》。新版本中有关牙源性肿瘤及瘤样病变的内容与第4版(2017)分类相比有所改变,在颌骨囊肿的分类下新增了“外科术后纤毛囊肿”,在牙源性肿瘤中新增了“腺样成釉细胞瘤”。另外,新分类为每种疾病的诊断列出了“必要性标准和希望性标准”,突出了诊断中不可或缺的特征。本文着重回顾了WHO新分类中有关颌骨囊肿和牙源性肿瘤的改动内容,并总结归纳了有关的新进展。In March 2022,the 5th version of the World Health Organization(WHO)Classification of Head and Neck Tumors became available online.This categorization of odontogenic lesions is in general comparable to the previous version.Adenoid ameloblastoma,categorized under benign epithelial odontogenic tumors,is a newly characterized entity.The post-surgical ciliated cyst is a novel addition to the cysts of jaw classification.In addition,Times New Roman‘essential and desired diagnostic criteria’were added to each entity in the new blue books to underline the characteristics that are regarded crucial for diagnosis.In this article,we reviewed the Odontogenic and Maxillofacial Bone Tumors Chapter in the new classification,and mainly high lighted changes in comparison to the last edition of classification.Related recent advances with respect to odontogenic tumors and allied lesions were also discussed.
