摘 要:无论是《中学教育专业师范生教师职业能力标准(试行)》,还是《江苏省中学教育专业认证标准(二)》,都对师范生的教学实践能力做出了具体要求。从中文师范生的教育实习调查结果来看,学生在教学设计、教学过程实施和教学评价方面都存在一定的问题。这些问题的存在主要由于教学实践环节少、专业课程的师范性欠缺及教学指导持续性的缺乏等。为进一步提升中文师范生的教育教学能力,具体可以采取强化实训、注重专业课程师范化和教师教育课程能力化、落实双导师制等措施,扎实有效地提升学生的教育教学能力。They all make specific requirements for the teaching practice abilities of normal students,both in the policies of"standards for the professional competence of teachers of middle school education majors(Trial)"and the"Jiangsu Province middle school education professional certification standard(Level 2)".From the survey results of the teaching practices,students have some problems in teaching design,teaching process and teaching evaluation.They are mainly due to the lack of teaching practice,the lack of pedagogical nature of professional courses and the lack of continuity of teaching guidance.In order to further improve the education and teaching abilities of Chinese normal students,specific measures such as strengthening practical training,paying attention to the teacherization of professional courses and the competence of teacher education courses,and implementing the dual tutor system,can be adopted to solidly and effectively improve students'education and teaching abilities.
