摘 要:针对回转窑焚烧设备灰渣热灼减率过高、废物料燃烧不彻底等问题,提出一种退火温度模糊自适应控制技术。根据回转窑焚烧设备的基本结构,确定回转窑直径与对应时刻的目标退火温度。将红外测温设备采集到的动态退火温度数据经工业以太网传输到上位机,通过对比连续两个采样值误差与最大误差,去除采样值中随机噪声。基于IF-THEN模糊控制规则与基本运算操作,得到控制输出。引入自适应理论构建模糊自适应控制模型,达成退火温度精准控制目标。仿真测试环节中,设置合理回转窑焚烧设备与控制模型关键参数,对比控制技术的控制准确性与干扰免疫性,测试结果表明,所提技术具备较强的温度追踪能力与鲁棒性,有效降低了扰动性与滞后性的不良影响。Aiming at the problems of high thermal ignition reduction rate of ash and slag and incomplete combustion of waste materials in rotary kiln incineration equipment,a fuzzy adaptive control technology of annealing temperature is proposed.According to the basic structure of rota⁃ry kiln incineration equipment,the diameter of rotary kiln and the target annealing temperature at the corresponding time are determined.The dynamic annealing temperature data collected by infrared temperature measurement equipment is transmitted to the host computer through in⁃dustrial Ethernet.The random noise in the sampling value is removed by comparing the error of two consecutive sampling values with the maxi⁃mum error.Based on if-then fuzzy control rules and basic operation,the control output is obtained.The adaptive theory is introduced to con⁃struct the fuzzy adaptive control model to achieve the goal of accurate control of annealing temperature.In the simulation test link,the key pa⁃rameters of rotary kiln incineration equipment and control model are set reasonably,and the control accuracy and interference immunity of the control technology are compared.The test results show that the proposed technology has strong temperature tracking ability and robustness,and effectively reduces the adverse effects of disturbance and hysteresis.
