摘  要:目的:探析线上线下混合式教学模式在高职诊断学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取针灸推拿专业203名学生分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用自建“慕课”,依托公共服务平台提供的智慧教学辅助工具进行线上线下混合式教学,对照组采用传统教学模式教学,比较两组理论考核成绩、体格检查成绩、平时成绩、综合成绩,以及教学认可率。结果:实验组理论考核成绩、平时成绩、综合成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),教学认可率高于对照组。结论:线上线下混合式教学可提高高职学生诊断学考核成绩、自主学习能力和对教学的认可度,但对于实践性强的教学内容,应侧重采用传统教学方法。Objective To explore the application effect of online and offline blended teaching mode in higher vocational diagnostics teaching.Methods 203 students majoring in acupuncture,moxibustion and massage were selected and divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopted self-built“MOOC”,relying on the smart teaching aids provided by the public service platform to conduct online and offline mixed teaching,while the control group adopted traditional teaching mode.For teaching,compare the theoretical assessment scores,physical examination scores,usual scores,comprehensive scores,and teaching recognition rates between the two groups.Results The theoretical assessment scores,usual scores and comprehensive scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the teaching recognition rate was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The online-offline blended teaching can improve the diagnostic assessment scores,autonomous learning ability and recognition of teaching of higher vocational students,but for the teaching content with strong practicality,the traditional teaching method should be emphasized.
