摘　　要：面对数字化时代浪潮,个体化医疗、精准医疗和转化医学兴起,互联网大数据与医疗领域的有机结合已势不可挡。在这一趋势下,如何借助大数据信息提高泌尿男科青年临床医生的临床实践能力和科研探索能力已成为迫在眉睫的问题。本文基于大数据信息库,探索了泌尿男科青年临床医生的临床和科研能力的培养方法。With the rise of individualized medicine,precision medicine and translational medicine in the big data era,the application of Internet big data in the medical field is becoming an irresistible trend.Confronted with this new trend,it is urgent to improve the abilities of young uro-andrological surgeons in clinical practice and research exploration with the help of big data.This paper explored the methods of cultivating the abilities of young uro-andrological surgeons in clinical practice and research using big data bases.
