摘 要:技术赋能实现高职线上线下教学资源的技术化、智能化、智慧化,形成教学辅助丰富多样、学习促进多元便捷、综合质量成效显著的高职教学资源体系。对接线上线下教学资源质量评价指标遴选要求,构建教学资源质量评价体系,包括教育技术投入质量、教育技术运用质量、教学资源深度质量、教学资源适度质量、教学资源效度质量5个一级指标和22项二级指标,并给出了相应的指标解释和统计方法。在指标体系具体运用中要注重教育技术在教学资源的合理运用,加强赋分型质量评价指标的实践运用,注重评价指标的细化对接与动态调整,加强质量指标测评效果的分析与优化。The technology empowerment realizes the technical,intelligent and smart application of online and offline teaching resources in higher vocational colleges,which forms the teaching resource system with rich and diverse teaching aids,diversified and convenient learning promotion,and remarkable comprehensive quality effects.According to the requirements for the quality evaluation indicator selection of online and offline teaching resource,the paper analyzes the construction of the quality evaluation system of teaching resources,including 5 first-level and 22 second-level indicators:the educational technology investment quality,educational technology application quality,teaching resources depth quality,teaching resources appropriate quality,and teaching resources validity quality and put forward the corresponding index interpretation and statistical methods.In the application of the index system,it is necessary to pay attention to the use of educational technology in teaching resources,the practical application of the classification quality evaluation index,the refinement and dynamic adjustment of the evaluation index,the analysis and optimization of the quality index evaluation effect.
