三叶木通籽油精炼前后理化指标及脂肪酸组成分析

摘　　要：对三叶木通籽成分进行分析,并以其冷榨制得的三叶木通籽原油为原料进行精炼,对精炼前后三叶木通籽油的理化指标和脂肪酸组成进行分析。结果表明:三叶木通籽粗脂肪含量为46.83%,蛋白质含量为19.18%,粗纤维含量为16.36%;三叶木通籽出油率为16.67%;三叶木通籽油精炼前后烟点分别为181、211℃,折光率均为1.467,酸价分别为3.50、0.90 mg KOH/g,过氧化值分别为0.058、0.060 g/100g,碘值分别为101、85 g/100 g,皂化值分别为265.25、271.05 mg/g,羰基价分别为4.00、3.71 meq/kg,其中酸价和过氧化值符合GB 2716—2018《食品安全国家标准植物油》要求;精炼前后三叶木通籽油的棕榈酸、油酸和亚油酸含量与花生油、玉米油、芝麻油的脂肪酸组成含量相当。The components of Akebia trifoliata seed were analyzed,and the cold pressed Akebia trifoliate seed crude oil was used as raw material for refining.The physicochemical indexes and fatty acid composition of Akebia trifoliate seed oil before and after refining were analyzed.The results showed that the crude fat content of Akebia trifoliate seed was 46.83%,the protein content was 19.18%,and the crude fiber content was 16.36%.The oil yield of Akebia trifoliate seed was 16.67%.The smoke point of the Akebia trifoliata seed oil before and after refining were 181℃ and 211℃,the refractive index was both 1.467,the acid value was 3.50 mg KOH/g and 0.90 mg KOH/g,the peroxide value was 0.058 g/100 g and 0.060 g/100 g,the iodine values were 101 g/100 g and 85 g/100 g,the saponification values were 265.25 mg/g and 271.05 mg/g,and the carbonyl values were 4.00 meq/kg and 3.71 meq/kg,respectively.The acid value and peroxide value met the requirements of GB 2716—2018 National Food Safety Standard Vegetable Oil.The content of palmitic acid,oleic acid,and linoleic acid of the Akebia trifoliate seed oil before and after refining was comparable to peanut oil,corn oil and sesame oil.
