摘  要:将2种不同相对分子质量和构型的聚乳酸与玉米醇溶蛋白湿法共混,用静电纺丝方法制备成共混纤维膜材料,通过测试纤维膜材料的微观结构、表观形貌、力学、热力学性能及亲疏水性,比较不同聚乳酸分子对玉米醇溶蛋白(Zein)膜性能的影响。结果表明:2种聚乳酸均可提高Zein溶液黏度,增大可纺性,改善纤维形貌;Zein纤维从条带状变为均匀的圆柱状纤维;聚乳酸能提高Zein的热加工温度,大幅度增加Zein的断裂应力和断裂伸长率,断裂应力由0.8 MPa最高提升至3.3 MPa(外消旋聚乳酸,±PLA)或4.1 MPa(L-聚乳酸,PLLA),断裂伸长率由6.8%最高提升至110%(PLLA)。适量添加聚乳酸可以改善玉米醇溶蛋白的不良性能。Two kinds of polylactic acid with different molecular weight and structure were mixed with Zein by wet method,and the blend fiber membrane materials were prepared by electrospinning.The effects of different polylactic acid molecules on the properties of Zein membrane materials were compared by testing the microstructure,appearance,mechanical,thermodynamic properties and hydrophobicity of the fiber membrane materials.The results showed that two kinds of polylactic acid could increase the viscosity of Zein solution,increase the spinnability and improve the fiber morphology,and Zein fiber changed from ribbon to uniform cylindrical fiber.Polylactic acid could increase the hot processing temperature of Zein,greatly increase breaking stress and elongation at break of Zein.The breaking stress increased from 0.8 MPa to 3.3 MPa(±PLA)or 4.1 MPa(PLLA),and the elongation at break increased from 6.8%to 110%(PLLA).Adding proper amount of polylactic acid could improve the bad properties of Zein.
