摘 要:研究以绿色低共熔溶剂(DES)为溶媒提取柿叶黄酮的工艺。在单因素基础上结合响应面试验优化提取条件。结果显示:DES(氯化胆碱-乳酸)较其他DES提取效率高,最优提取条件为料液比1∶31(g/mL)、氯化胆碱和乳酸的摩尔比为1∶14、提取温度90℃、提取时间41 min,在此条件下,黄酮实际得率为22.1972%,较传统溶剂得率更高。Deep eutectic solvents(DES)were used as green solvents for extraction of flavonoids from persimmon leaves.Basis on single-factor experiments,response surface optimization experiment was applied to optimize extraction process.The results showed that the extraction efficiency of DES(choline chloride lactic acid)was higher than that of other DES.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the ratio of material to liquid 1∶31(g/mL),the molar ratio of choline chloride to lactic acid 1∶14,the extraction temperature 90℃,and the extraction time 41 min.Under these conditions,the actual yield of flavonoids was 22.1972%,which was higher than that of traditional solvents.
