摘  要:平流层高空气球因为其驻留时间长和成本低的特点,在科学探测、通信保障和军事侦察等领域具有很高的应用价值,高空气球的发放系统对其顺利升空起到关键作用。针对我国现有移动式发放系统臂架结构强度差的问题,利用计算机辅助技术与缩尺模型试验对臂架结构进行设计与强度研究。首先,分析管桁架形式的臂架结构所具有的优势,并在UG中设计建模;其次,针对高空气球的上升过程,在ADAMS中搭建了多体系统动力学模型,仿真结果显示,高空气球对臂架结构产生的最大水平载荷为59159.35 N,最大垂直载荷为9709.34 N;再次,在HyperMesh中构建了臂架结构有限元模型,分析结果表明,臂架结构采用S770QL钢管和T700钢板可以满足多工况下的强度要求;最后,根据缩尺模型理论设计和加工的1∶5臂架结构,在实验室环境下进行了静力学试验,证明了臂架结构满足强度要求。Stratospheric high-altitude balloon has high application value in scientific exploration,communication support and military reconnaissance because of its long residence time and low cost.The high-altitude balloon delivery system plays a key role in its smooth launch.Aiming at the problem of poor strength of the boom structure of the existing mobile dispensing system,the design and strength of the boom structure are studied using computer aided engineering and reduced-scaled model test.Firstly,the advantages of the boom structure in the form of tube truss are analyzed,and the modeling is implemented in UG.Secondly,a multi-body system dynamics model is established in ADAMS for the ascension process of the high-altitude balloon.The simulation results show that the maximum horizontal load of high-altitude balloon on the boom structure is 59159.35 N,and the maximum vertical load is 9709.34 N.Thirdly,a finite element model of the boom structure is constructed in HyperMesh.The analysis results show that the boom structure using S770QL steel pipe and T700 steel plate can meet the strength requirements under multiple working conditions.Finally,according to the scale model theory,the 1∶5 boom structure is designed and processed,and the static test is carried out in the laboratory environment,which proves that the boom structure meets the strength requirements.
