摘  要:目的探讨微信平台下微课辅助案例教学法在麻醉实习中的教学效果。方法将昆明医科大学第一附属医院2020年9—12月在麻醉科实习的50名本科生随机分为两组,每组25名。对照组采用常规案例教学法带教,试验组采用微信平台下微课辅助案例教学法。比较两组的理论考核成绩、临床能力及教学满意度。结果试验组理论考核成绩(90.5±2.6)分、临床能力及教学满意度与对照组理论考核成绩(83.1±3.3)分、临床能力及教学满意度相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信平台下微课辅助案例教学法有助于提高麻醉科实习生的实习质量及临床综合应用能力,具有良好的教学效果。Objective To explore the practical value of micro class assisted case teaching method on Wechat platform in anesthesia practice teaching.Methods A total of 50 cases of anesthetic interns in our hospital from September 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups including experimental group(n=25)teaching with micro class assisted case teaching method on Wechat platform and control group(n=25)teaching with traditional case teaching method.Comparing exams of the theory,clinical ability and teaching satisfaction between the two groups.Results Theoretical assessment scores(90.5±2.6),clinical ability and teaching satisfaction scores of the experimental group were compared with those of the control group(83.1±3.3),clinical ability and teaching satisfaction scores,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of micro class assisted case teaching method on Wechat platform can enhance teaching quality and clinical ability.
