摘 要:“课程思政”是高校教书育人理念的重构式变革。目前,高校“课程思政”改革存在多方面的问题,如缺乏对内隐学习的基本理论和基本规律认识、基于浅层思辨和经验总结式的探索无法有效实现“课程思政”深度改革等。内隐学习强调联想学习机制的作用,即内隐学习依赖于非认知的、非等级的关联,以自动管理的方式协同运作,存在五种学习发生模式,基于内隐学习和非内隐学习存在独立系统的三种双系统假设模式能够触发内隐学习的发生。从内隐学习理论出发,提出“课程思政”应坚持各行其是的模式、重视高度开放性的制度建设、建设案例资源库等改革策略。Ideological and political curriculum is a reconstruction of the concept of teaching and educating people in colleges and universities.At present,there are many problems in the reform of ideological and political curriculum in colleges and universities,such as the lack of understanding of the basic theory and basic laws of implicit learning,and the failure to effectively achieve the deep reform of ideological and political curriculum based on shallow thinking and experience summary.Implicit learning emphasizes the role of associative learning mechanism,that is,implicit learning relies on non-cognitive,non-hierarchical associations,and operates cooperatively in an automatic management manner.There are five modes of learning occurrence,and three dual system hypothesis modes based on independent systems of implicit learning and non-implicit learning can trigger the occurrence of implicit learning.Based on the theory of implicit learning,this paper puts forward that curriculum ideological and political education should adhere to its own mode,attach importance to the highly open system construction,and build a case resource library and other reform strategies.
