摘 要:国家政策标准、高等教育和个体全面发展都对大学生综合素质提出了要求,而作为人才培养的衡量和反馈环节却以单科课程、知识测试和鉴别选拔为主,存在综合性、系统化等方面的不足。为此,以“专业”为考核基点、以“综合”为考核要求,构建包括专业知识、专业技能、专业发展的专业综合考核体系,并从考核内容、目的、方法、形式、标准、主体及组织实施等方面确立具体的执行方略,从而促进专业人才全面成长和发展。National policies and standards,higher education and all-round individual development all put forward requirements for the collegiate comprehensive quality,but as the measurement and feedback link of personnel training,it mainly focuses on single subject courses,knowledge testing and identification&selection,and there are deficiencies in such aspects as comprehensiveness and systematization.Therefore,with"specialty"as the basic point of assessment and"comprehensive"as the assessment requirement,a professional comprehensive assessment system including professional knowledge,professional skills and professional development should be established,and a specific implementation strategy should be established from the aspects of assessment content,purpose,method,form,standard,subject and organizational implementation,so as to promote the overall growth and development of professional personnels.
