实习护生疼痛管理知识现状及影响因素调查

摘　　要：目的调查实习护生疼痛管理知识现状及影响因素,并提出相关建议。方法于2019年2—3月,通过便利抽样法对天津某医院220例实习护生的非药物镇痛知识、疼痛评估、疼痛干预、疼痛一般知识以及镇痛药物知识使用方法进行问卷调查,从而获得数据。结果实习护生疼痛管理知识水平整体偏低,答对率均值为43.69%,疼痛评估对象模糊、疼痛干预力度不足、疼痛一般知识掌握程度偏低、药物镇痛知识储备不足,具有统计学意义的影响因素为专业、在校时或实习期间是否阅读疼痛管理书籍及期刊、学校是否开设专门的有关疼痛知识的必修课或选修课、学校学习中仅在某些课程的部分章节提及疼痛知识、是否有疼痛知识需求。结论实习护生的疼痛管理知识水平整体偏低,应加强学习,提高实习护生的疼痛管理知识水平,确立其疼痛管理理念。Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of pain management knowledge of intern nursing students and put forward suggestions. Methods From February to March 2019,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the non-drug analgesic knowledge,pain assessment,pain intervention,general knowledge of pain and the use of analgesic drugs of 220 intern nursing students in a hospital in Tianjin by convenient sampling,so as to obtain data. Results The overall level of pain management knowledge of intern nursing students was low;the mean of accuracy was 43.69%;the object of pain assessment was fuzzy;the intensity of pain intervention,general knowledge of pain and knowledge reserve of drug analgesia was insufficient.The influencing factors with statistical significance were interns′ majors,whether reading books and journals about pain management at school or during interships,whether the school set up specialized compulsory or optional courses about pain knowledge,pain knowledge only taught selected sections of certain courses at school,and whether they have pain knowledge needs.Conclusion The overall level of pain management knowledge of intern nursing students is low.It is necessary to strengthen learning,improve the level of pain management knowledge and establish the concept of pain management.
