摘　　要：基于学生视角调查地方高校教学医院临床护理教学现状,分析探讨其在护教协同育人、临床教学运行和管理等方面存在的问题,以通过完善护教协同育人机制和落实配套措施逐步解决护教协同育人过程中存在的阶段性问题。Based on the investigation of the current situation of clinical nursing teaching in teaching hospitals of local colleges and universities from the perspective of students,this paper analyzes and discusses the existing problems in the cooperative nursing education,clinical teaching operation and management,so as to gradually solve the stage problems in the process of cooperative nursing education by improving the mechanism of cooperative nursing education and implementing supporting measures.
