团体心理治疗对舌癌患者应对方式、应激反应及生命意义的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨亚隆人际动力模式在舌癌患者心理治疗中的应用及对其应对方式、应激及生命意义的影响。方法 选取我科2019年7月~2021年7月期间85例舌癌患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组42例给予团体心理治疗,观察组43例在此基础上给予亚隆人际动力团体模式心理治疗,对比两组患者治疗后应对方式、应激、语音清晰度、生命意义水平变化。结果 观察组积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组(P<0.05);应激水平无统计学意义(P>0.05);语音清晰度高于对照组(P<0.05);生命意义评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论亚隆人际动力模式可通过人际交流、调动主观能动性等方法,有效提升舌癌患者积极应对疾病能力及生命意义水平,改善其语音清晰度,减轻应激反应。Objective To explore the application of Yalong Interpersonal Motivation Model in the psychological treatment for tongue cancer patients and its influence on their of mode,stress and meaning of life. Methods 85 cases of tongue cancer patients in our department from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table. 42 cases in the control group were given group psychotherapy,and 42 cases in the observation group were given Yalong interpersonal dynamic group psychotherapy. The changes in coping style,stress,speech intelligibility,and meaning of life were compared between two groups after treatment. Results The active coping score of the observation group was higher,and the negative coping score was lower(P<0.05). The stress level was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The speech intelligibility was higher(P<0.05). The meaning of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The Yalong interpersonal dynamic group model can improve the ability to actively cope with diseases and the level of life meaning through interpersonal communication and mobilization of subjective initiative,improve speech intelligibility,and reduce stress response.
