摘　　要：乡村学校社会资本是乡村学校所享有的社会信任、所具有的互惠规范和所构建的关系网络,具有集体性、教育性和乡土性等特征。优质的乡村学校社会资本有助于凝聚先进的专业信念和公共精神,培育高度的自主意识和参与意识,改善校长的管理方式,促进教师的专业成长和学生的全面发展。乡村学校良性社会资本的积聚,需要营造浓郁的教育氛围,需要深度推动教育系统内部的各类主体互动,需要大力拓展乡村学校与其他社会组织的关系网络。The social capital of rural schools is the social trust,reciprocal norms and relational networks that rural schools enjoy,and has the characteristics of collective,educational and local.High-quality rural school social capital helps to condense advanced professional beliefs and public spirit,cultivate a high sense of autonomy and participation,improve the management style of principals,and promote the professional growth of teachers and the all-round development of students.The accumulation of benign social capital in rural schools requires creating a strong educational atmosphere,deeply promoting the interaction of various subjects within the education system,and vigorously expanding the relationship network between rural schools and other social organizations.
