新时代中小学体育教师培训探究

摘  要:中小学体育教师作为履行学校体育教育工作的专职人员,需进行长期、系统、严格的培训。现阶段中小学体育教师培训仍面临着培训内容不符合基层体育教师需要、培训形式不够丰富、培训时间缺乏合理性以及培训考核评价体系不健全等问题。对此,可以通过培训重心下移、设计符合基层体育教师的培训内容、合理利用互联网、深度优化混合式培训模式、合理安排培训时间、进一步改进考核评价体系等措施,进一步优化中小学体育教师培训,促进新时代中小学体育教师队伍的建设。Physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools,as full-time personnel who perform the work of physical education in schools,need long-term,systematic and strict training.At present,the training of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools still faces some problems,such as the training content does not meet the needs of grassroots physical education teachers,the training forms are not rich enough,the training time is not reasonable,and the training assessment and evaluation system is not perfect.,can through the training center of gravity down,design conforms to the basic physical education teachers training content,the reasonable use of the Internet,the depth of the optimization of hybrid training mode,reasonable arrangement of training time,and further improve the evaluation system,further optimization of primary and secondary school physical education teachers training,promote the construction of the new era of primary and secondary school physical education teachers.
