摘　　要：建立了冷诱导液液萃取-分散固相萃取净化-高效液相色谱法同时测定禽蛋中斑蝥黄和苏丹红的检测方法。样品经过乙腈涡旋振荡提取,-40℃冷冻诱导分层,高速离心后,取全部上清液氮吹浓缩,最后经C18粉末净化后采用高效液相色谱分析。色谱柱采用C18柱,流动相为乙腈-水,等度洗脱,测定波长为487nm、514nm和472nm。结果表明,5种待测物在0.1~10μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9999,方法检出限为0.0119~0.0321 mg/kg,定量限为0.0398~0.107 mg/kg,平均加标回收率为80.2%~92.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.71%~6.61%。鸡蛋和鸭蛋两种基质的提取效果无明显差异。本方法前处理简便,提取效率高,净化效果好,适合于禽蛋中斑蝥黄和苏丹红的测定。A cold-induced liquid-liquid extraction-dispersed solid-phase extraction purification-high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was established for the simultaneous determination of canthaxanthin and Sudan dyes in poultry eggs. The samples were extracted by vortex shaking with acetonitrile,frozen at-40℃ to induce stratification,and after high-speed centrifugation,all the supernatants were taken and concentrated by nitrogen blowing. Finally,the samples were purified by C18powder and analyzed by HPLC. The chromatographic column adopted a C18column,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water,and the isocratic elution was adopted,and the measurement wavelengths were 487,514 and 472 nm respectively. The results showed that the five analytes had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1 ~ 10 μg/mL,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.9999.The detection limit of the method was 0.0119 ~ 0.0321 mg/kg,and the quantification limit was 0.0398 ~ 0.107mg/kg. The recovery of standard addition was 80.2% ~ 92.2%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.71% ~ 6.61%. There was no significant difference in the extraction effect between chicken eggs and duck eggs. The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,high extraction efficiency and good purification effect,and is suitable for the determination of canthaxanthin and Sudan dyes in poultry eggs.
