新时代中国马克思主义企业哲学建构探析

摘　　要：中共二十大报告对企业和企业家的论述相当充分。为应对新形势、新问题,建构中国马克思主义企业哲学已迫在眉睫。新的发展阶段与企业经营活动密切相关,建构中国马克思主义企业哲学应立足于此。结合习近平经济思想、习近平总书记有关企业和企业家的系列重要讲话、中共二十大报告,探索新时代中国马克思主义企业哲学的建构,重要内容是把握新历史阶段的企业发展大势,培育、保护和弘扬企业家精神,追求企业和企业家的健康发展。In the face of the new situation and new problems in the business sector,enterprises and entrepreneurs are given their due consideration in the 20th National Congress report,a move that illustrates the urgency to take a Chinese Marxist approach to enterprise philosophy.The new development stage,which is closely related to business activities,should be the basis for the construction of Chinese Marxist enterprise philosophy.Besides,’President Xi Jinping s economic thought,important addresses on enterprises and entrepreneurs,and the 20th National Congress report are combined to shed light on the focus and framework of building Chinese Marxist enterprise philosophy in the new era,which is to grasp the general trend of enterprises in the new historical stage,cultivate,protect and promote entrepreneurship,and pursue the healthy development of enterprises and entrepreneurs.
