摘 要:重塑对话技术解决的问题是,在运用外化及解构技术把问题与学生分离之后,教师应如何帮助学生重建新的故事阐释及自我认同。所谓德育叙事的重塑对话技术,指的是在教师的引导下,通过改写故事及“重新入会”两项技术,帮助学生拓展新的人生故事及可能性,有目的地重塑学生与重要他人之间的关系,重塑学生对过去、当前、未来的生活故事的意义阐释,帮助学生重新解读人生故事,形成新的自我认同,从而优化学生的心灵价值秩序、提升学生的德性发展水平的德育叙事方法。其中,改写技术通过行动蓝图、认同蓝图、意义蓝图之间的反复交织融合得以完成,“重新入会”通过重组生活协会的会员资格、双步骤设问法等方法得以实现。The problem to be solved in this paper is:how should teachers help students reconstruct new story interpretation and self-identity after the separation between problems and students because of externalization and deconstruction? Reshaping conversation in moral education narration refers to a method that by the two methods of rewriting life stories and “rearranging membership in life association”,students can be guided by teachers to have new life stories and new life possibilities,to remodel the relationship between them and those important people in their life,to reinterpret the meaning of their past,current and future life,and to form a new self-identity,in expectation of the optimization of student’s spiritual value order and the enhancement of their moral development level.To be specific,rewriting life stories can be achieved by the fusion of blueprints for action,identity and significance,and “rearranging membership” can be accomplished through the reorganization of membership in life association and the method of two-step question-asking.
