某海上平台柴油消防泵排气相关故障及处理

摘　　要：某海上石油平应急台柴油消防泵的动力部分采用约翰迪尔6135系列电喷柴油机在多次周测试时发现柴油机排气管发红,排气管温度超温,出现转速不稳,抖动厉害等问题,经过对该柴油机进气管路,油路,双涡轮机构以及中冷等部位的摸排检查,最终发现排气软管破裂,线缆腐蚀,涡轮机构损坏磨卡以及中冷器腐蚀漏海水等问题,通过对故障部位的检修和中冷器等的更换完美修复了该柴油消防泵的上述问题并恢复设备正常运行。John Deere 6135 series electric injection diesel engine was used as the power part of diesel fire pump in an offshore oil emergency table. During several weekly tests, it was found that the exhaust pipe of the diesel engine was red, the temperature of the exhaust pipe was overtemperature, the speed was unstable, and the shaking was severe. After the admission passage of diesel engine, oil, and double turbine and inter-cooled check of parts, finally found vent hose burst, cable corrosion, damage card grinding turbine institutions and inter-cooled corrosion problem such as water leakage, maintenance and inter-cooled through the fault parts of the perfect repair the diesel fire pump replacement of the above problems and restore normal operation of equipment.
