摘  要:本科生导师制是近年来很多高校开展创新人才培养改革的一项重要举措,但我国本科生导师制教学的模式目前仍然没有相对固定的模式与方法。鉴于此,该文将在海洋科学专业背景下通过日常思政教育、启发式教学、科研项目申报与实施、学术论文发表和学术会议交流等的相互结合而开展关于海洋遥感本科生导师制教学模式的探索与实践。结果表明,本科生导师制在海洋遥感研究型人才培养方面具有可行性和有效性。总结与反思则进一步指出学生思政教育、师生互敬、因私因人因地而异准则、理论知识扩充和经费支持等对海洋遥感本科生导师制实施的必要性。该探索与实践成果能为国内本科生导师制的教学实践提供重要参考。Undergraduate tutorial system is usually used as an important measure to carry out the reform of the cultivation of innovative talents for many colleges and universities in recent years.However,there is still no relatively fixed mode and method for the undergraduate tutorial system in our country.For this reason,this paper explores and practices on a tutorial teaching mode for ocean remote sensing undergraduates under the background of Marine Sciences.The study is to combine daily ideological and political education,heuristic teaching,scientific research program application and implementation,academic article publication,and exchanges during academic conference,etc.The results show that the undergraduate tutorial system is feasible and effective in the training of ocean remote sensing research talents.Finally,the summary and reflection further indicated that factors such as the ideological and political education of the students,the mutual respect between teachers and students,and the principle of teaching and learning according to time,place,and person are necessary to implement the undergraduate tutorial system for ocean remote sensing students.This will have an important value and implications for the practice on the tutorial system for domestic undergraduate students.
