摘  要:在某车型开发过程中,发现该车后悬架的ride steer左右变化趋势相反,与设计值不相符。通过理论分析,结合ADAMS/CAR模型DOE分析结果,对白车身、后副车架、五个连杆、转向节等零部件进行了测试梳理,发现转向节和副车架存在偏差。将测试后的偏差作为输入进行仿真分析验证,发现该偏差对ride steer有影响,但不是主因。在实车ABA换件过程中,发现副车架的装配对ride steer的影响最大。说明副车架的装配工艺、定位系统、装配后的压力释放等均对ride steer造成影响。通过理论分析及实车验证,为后续车型的设计开发提供理论依据及实践借鉴意义。During the vehicle development process,the rear ride steer has opposite variation trends,which is inconsistent with the design value.Through theoretical analysis,combined with the DOE analysis results of the ADAMS/CAR model,the parts such as BIW,rear sub-frame,five connecting rods,steering knuckle and other parts were tested,and it was found that the steering knuckle and sub-frame had deviation.The deviation after the test was taken as the input for simulation analysis,and the deviation had an influence on the ride steer,but it is not the main cause.In the ABA parts replacement of the vehicle,it was found that the assembly of the sub-frame had the greatest influence on the ride steer.That is to say,the assembly process,positioning,as well as the pressure release of the sub-frame after assembly have an impact on the ride steer.Theoretical analysis and real vehicle verification provide theoretical basis and practical reference significance for the design and development of subsequent models.
