基于信息化平台的适时教学模式在新入职护士培训中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨多种信息化平台联合应用的适时教学模式在新入职护士规范化培训中的效果,为后期培训工作深入开展提供实践依据。方法通过应用微信、学习软件、手机APP、公众号等多种信息化平台,将适时教学模式(Just in time teaching,JiTT)应用到新入职护士培训中,通过考核和问卷调查进行效果的评价。结果2020年新入职护士理论考试和操作考核平均分高于2019年新入职护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);认为培训更加灵活,可提高自主学习能力,有助于知识的理解与巩固,培训效果较好。结论利用信息化平台的JiTT可提高培训效率,是值得推广的新入职护士培训方法。Objective To explore the effect of timely teaching model combined with multiple information platforms in the standardized training of newly registered nurses,and to provide practical basis for the in-depth development of following training.Methods The JiTT(just in time teaching)model was applied to the training of new nurses through the application of WeChat,learning software,mobile phone APP,public account and other information platforms,and the effect was evaluated through quiz and questionnaire survey.Results The average scores of theory examination and operation examination of new nurses in 2020 were higher than those in 2019,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).It is evident that the new training model,which is more flexible,can improve the self-learning skills and contribute to the understanding and consolidation of knowledge.Accordingly,the training effect is satisfying.Conclusion The JiTT model taking advantage of the popular information platforms can enhance the training efficiency,and is worthy to be promoted in the training for newly registered nurses.
