高职院校实施精准思想政治教育的策略研究

摘　　要：高职院校学生思想政治教育工作是培养高素质技术技能型人才的关键一环。目前高职院校学生思想呈现出多元化、不稳定、不平衡的特征,因而开展精准思想政治教育具有重要意义。通过一个核心、两个基础、三类个体、四个平台营造良好的育人环境,充分发挥学校教育的主导作用,不断创新工作方法,开展精准思想政治教育,从而提升高职院校学生思想政治教育的育人效果。Higher vocational college students’ ideological and political education is the key to cultivate high-quality technical talents. At present,the thought of students in higher vocational colleges is diversified,unstable and unbalanced,so it is of great significance to carry out precise ideological and political education. Through a core,two foundations,three types of individuals,four platforms to create a good educational environment,give full play to the leading role of school education,innovate working methods continuously,carry out precise ideological and political education,which enhances the ideological and political education effect of higher vocational college students.
