摘　　要：曲虫治理是中国白酒产业面临的主要难题之一,也是行业内的热门话题之一,不仅影响大曲的质量,还对中国白酒的质量提升具有重要影响。本文对当前行业内曲虫治理设备的研究进展及现状进行了浅析,对应用范围较广的灯光诱捕设备、电网灭杀设备、超声波驱杀设备以及惰性气体治理曲虫方法进行了综述,分析了不同设备的优缺点,并对后续曲虫治理设备的发展方向提出了建议,以期为后续曲虫治理研究提供一定的参考。Daqu pest control is one of the main problems faced by Baijiu industry.Daqu pests not only affect the quality of Daqu,but also have an important impact on the quality improvement of Baijiu.In this paper,the research progress in Daqu pest control equipment in the industry is reviewed,and the widely used Daqu pest control methods are summarized,including light trapping equipment,power grid killing equipment,ultrasonic killing equipment and inert gas equipment.The advantages and disadvantages of each equipment are discussed,and the development direction of Daqu pest control equipment is put forward,so as to provide reference for future research on Daqu pest control.
