摘 要:顶岗实习不仅是职教界响应《国家职业教育改革实施方案》中校企合作的关键举措,也是高职院校教学中课程内容匹配融合于市场岗位需求的不可或缺环节,对综合提升高职学生的职业素质和就业能力至关重要。采用分层随机抽样方式调查及普通最小二乘线性回归法实证检验了企业师傅指导关系、顶岗实习生离职倾向、实习生自主学习能力三变量之间的相互影响关系。从教者应深刻认识到指导关系对离职倾向的负向影响,自主学习能力在指导关系与离职倾向之间扮演的调节作用,从而降低学生离职率,提升学生顶岗实习质量和效能效益。Internship practice is not only a key measure of the vocational education community responding to the cooperation between schools and enterprises in National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan, but also an indispensable part of the higher vocational education curriculum content matching and integrating with the job demand in the market, which is crucial to comprehensive improvement of the vocational quality and employment ability of higher vocational students. The stratified random sampling survey and ordinary least square linear regression method were used to empirically test the relationship of interaction among the three variables of the guidance relationship of enterprise teachers, the resignation intention of interns and the independent learning ability of interns. Teachers should deeply understand the negative impact of the guidance relationship on the resignation intention, and the role of independent learning ability in regulating the guidance relationship and resignation intention, so as to reduce the resignation rate of intern students, and improve the quality and efficiency of students’ on-post internship practices.
