摘  要:随着新文科教育的发展,高等学校都在强力推进管理类专业特色人才培养工作。郑州航空工业管理学院审计学专业作为国家级特色专业(2010年)和国家级一流本科专业建设点(2021年),经过30多年的建设积累,呈现相对鲜明的“航空为本,管工结合”办学特色,形成面向航空制造业的“审计+机械工程+数智工程+航空工程”培养模式,通过商科文化、特色课程、实践教学、特色案例、创新活动、讲座交流、订单培养等路径实施了“管工结合”的特色培养工作,同时正确对接并处理好“管工结合”人才培养关系,成为中国航空工业系统和河南省地方审计人才的重要培养基地。With the development of new liberal arts education,colleges and universities are vigorously promoting the training of characteristic talents of management major.As a national characteristic specialty(2010)and national first-class undergraduate professional construction point(2021),the audit major of Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics has been influenced by the training mode of accounting talents for a long time,after more than 30 years of construction and accumulation,it has shown a relatively distinct school running feature of"aviation based,combination of management and engineering"and formed a training mode of"audit+mechanical engineering+digital intelligence engineering+aviation engineering"oriented to aviation manufacturing industry.To create the educational and teaching characteristics of"combination of management and engineering"from the aspects of business culture,characteristic courses,practical teaching,characteristic cases,innovative activities,lecture exchange,order training,etc.At the same time,the relationship about the model of talents training of"combination of management and engineering",and it will become an important training base for China's aviation industry system and local audit talents in Henan province.
