摘　　要：高职学生工匠精神与职业能力的融合是新时代提出的人才培养要求。工匠精神与职业能力具有内在关联性,体现为超越性,工匠精神对职业能力的提升还具有制约性。通过对市场营销专业实践探索与研究,认为项目式实践是高职学生工匠精神与职业能力融合培养的一条有效路径。The integration of craftsman’s spirit and professional ability of vocational college students is the requirement of talent training proposed in the new era. Craftsman’s spirit and professional ability are intrinsically related, which is embodied in transcendence. And the improvement of professional ability has been restricted by craftsman’s spirit. Through the practice and exploration of marketing major, it is believed that project practice is an effective way for integrative cultivation of craftsman’s spirit and professional ability of higher vocational students.
