摘　　要：澳大利亚天才儿童教育研究始于20世纪70年代,历经了三个历史发展阶段。在弗朗西斯·加涅的天才定义框架的指导下,对天才进行选拔要经过提名、审查、观察三个阶段,并采用充实制和加速制的方式培养天才儿童。联邦政府及所包含的6个州和2个领地,分别从法律政策、资金投入和师资培养等方面保障天才儿童教育的实施,成立专门研究机构,通过多种方式宣传、研究天才儿童教育,并取得了一定的科研成果。The research on the education of gifted children in Australia began in the 1970s and has gone through three stages of historical development.Under the guidance of Francoys Gagne's definition framework of genius,Australia selects gifted children through three stages of nomination,examination and observation,then adopts enrichment system and acceleration system to cultivate gifted children.The federal government(including 6 states and 2 territories)guarantees the implementation of the education from the aspects of laws,policies,funding and teacher training,then sets up special research institutions to publicize and study the education in various ways with certain scientific research achievements.
