摘  要:内部教学督导是高职院校教学管理的重要组成部分,对于推动现代职业教育高质量发展和增强职业技术教育适应性有着极其重要的作用。当前,我国职业教育改革发展走上提质培优、增值赋能的快车道。基于当前高职院校内部教学督导工作普遍存在的问题,从目标导向、内涵导向、人员导向、培训导向、数字化导向等角度探讨新时期高职院校内部教学督导工作提升举措,助力高职院校内部教学督导工作提质增效。PInternal teaching supervision is an important part of the teaching management of higher vocational colleges, playing a significant role in promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education and enhancing the adaptability of vocational and technical education. Nowadays, the reform and development of vocational education in China is on the fast track of improving the quality and value-added empowerment. This paper sorts out common problems in the internal teaching supervision of higher vocational colleges. This paper proposes corresponding measures to improve the internal teaching supervision of higher vocational colleges in the new era from five orientations in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the internal teaching supervision of higher vocational colleges.
