基于机器视觉在线检测瓶装白酒杂质的研究

摘　　要：以泸州某白酒厂为例,提出应用机器视觉在线检测的方法来对瓶装白酒杂质进行检测。对所建立的机器视觉在线检测系统进行了介绍,并对系统中的各组成部分进行了选型,根据白酒厂酒质监测系统设备实际工况,采用了合适的图像处理算法,并对算法的合理性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,通过采取这种方法,能够实现瓶装白酒的准确检测,提高白酒厂家的生产效率,减少人员支出,增加企业利润。Taking a Baijiu factory as an example,a method of machine vision on-line detection is proposed to detect the impurities in bottled Baijiu in this paper.The machine vision on-line detection system is introduced,and the components of the system are selected.According to the actual working conditions of Baijiu factory,the appropriate image processing algorithm is adopted,and the rationality of the algorithm is experimentally studied.The experimental results show that this method can realize the accurate detection of bottled Baijiu,improve the production efficiency of Baijiu manufacturers,reduce personnel expenditure and increase enterprise profits.
