摘　　要：地方石油化工企业的工程环境变化给自动化专业人才培养带来了挑战。分析了油田化工工程环境变化对学生工程实践能力的新要求,总结了目前学校自动化专业实验中心建设存在的问题,以立足学生工程实践能力培养为目标,阐述以立足地方服务油化企业、加大平台投入、推动产教融合、提高教师指导水平为措施的实验中心建设与实践。The changes in the engineering environment of local petrochemical enterprises have brought chal-lenges to the training of automation professionals.This paper analyzes the new requirements for students’engineering practice ability due to changes in the oilfield chemical engineering environment,and summarizes the current problems in the construction of our school’s automation major experi-mental center.With the goal of cultivating students’engineering practice ability,this paper expounds that based on the local service oil and chemical enterprises,and the construction and practice of an experimental center with large platform investment,promoting the integration of production and education,and improving the level of teachers’guidance.
